The Q3 Sprint is a 90-day guided coaching experience led by The Daily Well team. Starting June 30, you will set one clear goal, build the daily habits that support it, and stay accountable through live group coaching, weekly encouragement, and a community of women doing the same work right alongside you.
This is not another thing to add to your plate. This is the structure that makes everything else on your plate actually happen.
What you will get:
- 7 live group coaching sessions via Zoom
- Full recordings after every session so you never fall behind
- Weekly accountability email with personal encouragement and prompts tied directly to your planner pages
- Goal-setting kickoff session on June 30 to start Q3 with clarity and direction
- Midpoint reset session to recalibrate at the halfway point
- Financial wellness session to finish Q3 financially confident
- Final celebration call on September 30 to honor your wins and carry momentum into Q4
